Privacy notice
This notice explains which personal data is processed when you visit ensolia.de and use the contact form, on what basis this happens and which rights you have. The German version is the legally binding one.
1. Controller

2. Hosting
The website is operated by Hostinger International Ltd. in a data centre within the European Union. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider, who processes the data generated when the site is accessed solely on our instructions.
3. Server log files
When the website is accessed, the web server automatically stores the IP address of the requesting device, date and time of access, the requested address (URL) and the browser and operating system used (user agent). This data serves the secure operation of the website, error analysis and the prevention of attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Log files are deleted after 14 days unless they are needed longer to investigate a specific incident.
4. Contact form and quick check
When you use the contact form, we process the details you enter: area of enquiry, name, company, e-mail address, phone number, number of properties, message, as well as the time and the page from which the enquiry was sent. Mandatory fields are name, e-mail address and confirmation of this notice; all other details are voluntary.
The purpose of processing is to handle your enquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and, where the enquiry is not aimed at a contract, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
The details are stored in our system and forwarded internally to the responsible persons. Notifications about new enquiries and our reply are sent via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Graph) of Ensolia GmbH; a data processing agreement is in place with Microsoft. Data is not passed on to third parties for other purposes.
The data is deleted twelve months after the last communication, provided no contract is concluded and no statutory retention obligations apply.
To protect against automated input, the form contains a field invisible to humans and a timestamp. These details are evaluated solely to detect spam.
5. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking services. Fonts, images and scripts are loaded exclusively from our own server; no third-party content (such as font or CDN providers) is embedded. Since no data is stored on or read from your device for advertising or analytics purposes, no consent under Section 25 TDDDG is required and no consent banner is displayed.
6. Your rights
With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights against us:

7. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. 8. Changes
We update this notice when processing or the legal situation changes. The version published on this page applies.
